Merger by absorption COGENAF in OGEPAR

OGEPAR bought the Limited Liability Company holding COGENAF. Simultaneously with this acquisition, both companies were merged by absorption of COGENAF into OGEPAR. Following this merger, OGEPAR has interests in businesses of plantations in the DRC: PLANTATIONS REUNIES BANDUNDU sprl, LUKOLELA PLANTATIONS sarl, and EQUATORIALE sarl.
She becomes the majority shareholder (99%) of SODIMEL sarl whose activities relate to electrical engineering in the DRC. OGEPAR also increases its stake in SCIMI (Ivory Coast), which was increased to 70%.
